Muslim Justice Teach-in
Join a teach-in led by the Muslim Justice League (MJL), a Boston-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization advocating for human and civil rights and civil liberties that are threatened under national security pretexts.
Topics will include:
- The anticipated “Muslim registry” and revised “Muslim ban”
- Potential attempts to silence and criminalize Muslim civil society (including, for example, new “terrorist” designations)
- Existing policies and campaigns that have targeted and harmed Muslim communities for years
- Actions allies can take to meaningfully challenge state persecution of Muslim communities
Admission is free, however, attendees are asked to register in advance at bit.ly/March12Teach-In to ensure adequate space.
