Marisa Egerstrom, MDiv ’16, is also a PhD candidate in American Studies where she is writing her dissertation on the development of the American torture program. She is a faith-based activist in formation to be ordained as an Episcopal priest.

Casper ter Kuile is a fourth year joint-degree MDiv and Master of Public Policy student. Working towards UU ordination, Casper's work is at the intersection of the sacred and secular, particularly the growing number millennial non-religious communities.

Rod Owens, MDiv ’17, is a student of Buddhist Studies in which he focuses on the integration of Buddhism and anti-oppression work. He is also authorized lama in the Kagyu School of Tibetan Buddhism.
