Friday Prayers (Jumua Prayers)

This is the weekly Muslim Friday congregational prayer service. It begins with a sermon to audience, often times delivered by the Muslim Chaplain and concludes with a congregational prayer. It lasts usually 30-40 minutes in total. The Friday Prayer is open to all Harvard affiliates.

Visitors may enter Lowell Lecture Hall and quietly seat themselves in any seat in the hall and observe.

Note: There are no Friday Prayers during the summer break, and University closures and breaks (i.e. Thanksgiving break, Winter break).
