University Lutheran Campus Ministry (UniLu) is housed at 66 Winthrop Street between Pinocchio’s Pizza (‘Nokes) and the Malkin Athletic Center in the same church that hosts the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter. Lutheran Christians value faith lived with deep curiosity, a commitment to service and openness to partnerships with the wider community, secular and interfaith. UniLu's space is open Monday-Thursday and Sundays for those seeking a quiet space for study, reflection, and conversation with peers or a chaplain. During the academic year, Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. Evening Prayer is followed by food and topical conversation. Sunday worship with Holy Communion happens at 10:15 a.m. UniLu is a LBGTQ welcoming community.
