Rabbi Mendel Zarchi serves as the Harvard Chabad Rabbi to the graduate student community, where he leads one of the most dynamic Jewish graduate student communities in the country.  

Animated by the belief that every person has a unique story and contribution, he combines a deep expertise in Judaic metaphysics with a passion for people and stories to engage and build connections.

His academic journey includes close tutelage under renowned Talmudic scholars across multiple international institutions. Following which, he spent six years serving and teaching Jewish communities across the globe including Italy, Mexico, and the UAE following the Abraham Accords. 

Together with his wife Rivkah, he brings to Jewish students from all walks of life a place to enjoy connecting with their identity, forge meaningful relationships, explore life's most fundamental questions, and write their story.
