Roselle is British but has lived in the US since 1996. She is passionate about building bridges and creating structures for people of different backgrounds and beliefs to connect and learn from each other. With her husband David, she supports the Christian Fellowship at the Kennedy School and FISH (the Fellowship of International Students at Harvard). Together they also oversee Park Street Church’s international student house in Cambridge, where they live with 8 students from around the world. She earned an MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and worked in marketing for various multinational companies and tiny startups. She taught Creative Problem Solving as part of the Open University’s MBA course and was a director of a non-profit restaurant in the UK and a homeless ministry on Boston’s North Shore. Before joining InterVarsity, she was Small Group Director at Free Christian Church, Andover. She trained as a Spiritual Director and offers spiritual direction to women. She enjoys windsurfing in summer, cross country and downhill skiing in winter and plays tennis year-round. She also loves spending time with her three adult children; playing board games; cryptic crossword puzzles and cooking and eating food from around the world.
